Steve possesses over 24 years of extensive experience in supporting large companies' present and upcoming commercial real estate needs. Corporate headquarters, local or regional offices, call centers, educational and instructional centers, along with manufacturing and engineering facilities are a number of the real estate needs Steve has assisted with. In addition, he has contributed in site selection and construction of build-to-suits for national and international companies.

As Coughlin Commercial’s Senior Director, Andrei provides tenant-focused real estate brokerage and site selection services for clients locally, nationally, and globally. Andrei has represented firms in a multitude of industries, from law firms and defense contractors in the office sector to manufacturing representatives in the industrial sector. Andrei brings value to his clients through lease, purchase, lease/purchase option, disposition, strategic planning, and implementation, which is proven by the acquisition of numerous national accounts with global locations. By providing great service, both locally and nationally, Andrei continues to contribute towards the company’s overall growth and success.
Paul joined Coughlin Commercial in 2008 as an associate focused on representing the real estate needs of law firms, technology firms, manufacturing facilities, and corporations throughout Florida. His client service expertise, market knowledge, and space efficiency comprehension have allowed him to provide his clients market leverage to achieve optimal results. Since starting with Coughlin, Paul's transaction volume is in excess of 10 million dollars. Prior to joining Coughlin, Paul was an associate with an international commercial real estate firm specializing in landlord representation.
Since joining Coughlin Advisors, Steven has developed a brokerage expertise that focuses primarily, but not exclusively, on the corporate, legal and financial services industries. As a tenant advocate, Steven is committed to providing innovative, effective real estate solutions that benefit his client’s business objectives. He is highly experienced in commercial leasing and financial analyses, enabling him to fully understand the real estate needs of his clients. Steven’s key responsibilities include new business development, market research and servicing existing clients for his team led by Steve Coughlin, Paul Kelly, and Andrei Savitski.

Jack joined Coughlin Advisors with a focus on representing clients across a broad spectrum of industries. His market knowledge and experience with lease and purchase options allows him to provide solutions to align his client’s real estate requirements with their overall business goals. Jack works closely with the Coughlin Advisors team provide service to existing local and national clients and to develop new business relationships. Before joining Coughlin Advisors, Jack worked as a contracts negotiator for Lockheed Martin.
A Principal at Coughlin Commercial, Sean brings years of development and brokerage experience and a proven track record to the leadership in Atlanta. With almost 30 years of experience, Sean has assisted with every facet of the commercial real estate industry, including sales, leasing, and development. As the former President and CEO of TPA Reality Services, with projects in Atlanta and Savannah, and as Assistant Vice President for both Carter and Associates, and the Vantage Company, Sean maintains valuable business contacts with institutional and local real estate owners, brokers, and vendors in the Atlanta area. His proven track record includes everything from high-rise and suburban office, bulk industrial to spec development, and build-to-suits. This gives his clients a significant edge in negotiations, especially in the metro Atlanta areas.
Most recently completed a 1,036,000 sf industrial project for Surya Rugs with 70,000 sf of office. He also has completed a 226,000 sf industrial project for Stanton Carpet with 10,000 sf of office. He provided development services and brokerage services to both of these clients.
Olivia has been an integral part of the Coughlin Advisors since 2012. She provides brokerage assistance and administrative support to the Coughlin team, as well as marketing and office management. Prior to joining the firm, Olivia worked for a national web hosting agency as an account manager and customer liaison.
